NASA Funds Development of 3D Printed Food

NASA is reportedly giving a 3D printing company a six month, $125,000 grant to work on the project.

In the YouTube video, they talk about how they have began to develop a 3D printer that can print food for astronauts. I think this is a big step in technology because it means that food can be made more easily. They have already made chocolate from the 3D printer and have been given a grant to develop more food. To me, one of the downsides of the 3D gun is that virtually anything can be made, including weapons. They already have plans for a 3D gun, and it can be taken off the internet for free. I believe in home security and safety, but just printing a gun off to hurt someone is wrong. It can only fire one bullet, a nail, but it really only takes one shot for a person to die
